Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and ReachZone LLC, which operates RemoteAfrica (remoteafrica.io). “We” and “us” mean ReachZone LLC.
These Advertiser Terms supplement our general Terms of Service (/terms.html) and Privacy Policy (/privacy.html). The general Terms apply to anything these terms do not cover.

A sponsored placement is a slot on RemoteAfrica pages and in our newsletter that shows your brand name, logo, headline and link. It is always labelled “Sponsored”, and we review it before it goes live.
A sponsored placement is not a job post and not an endorsement of your business. We do not promise a number of views or clicks.

Placements are booked by whole weeks, Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, for 1 to 12 weeks up to 12 weeks ahead.
Review is free and nothing is charged before approval. Approval is valid for 30 days for booking. Payment is one upfront Stripe Checkout payment in USD.
We store no billing address, tax ID or card. Billing is handled by Stripe and its Customer Portal.

You can cancel a paid booking before its first booked start. Cancellation is recorded, capacity is released, and a full refund is issued through Stripe.
After the first booked start there is no partial refund. A creative rejected in review is not charged, so there is nothing to refund.

If paid delivery is paused, for example by suspension, it goes to manual non-delivery and refund review. Refunds are not automatic.
If a payment arrives late and the capacity can no longer be recovered (a capacity conflict), the booking is refunded automatically.

We can suspend a creative or an advertiser account. A suspended ad stops being served on the next request. Suspending an account suspends all its ads.
A reviewer can resume a suspended ad with its original expiry; an account suspension must be lifted first.

You are solely responsible for what your placement says and shows, and you confirm it is true and lawful.
You are also responsible for knowing about, and obtaining, any regulatory approvals, licences or clearances that your placement, and the business it promotes, need in the places where it is shown. Send us a copy if we ask.
Our review checks a placement against the Ad Policy. It is not a regulatory clearance or legal advice, and it does not replace any approval you need.
You will cover us, including reasonable legal costs, for any claim, fine or loss caused by your placement or by your breach of these Terms. If an authority asks, or we have a concern, we may pause or remove a placement.
You confirm you have the right to use every name, logo and image in your placement.

Ad links can point to any https page, including a client’s site. If you book on behalf of a brand, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to use its name, logo and links.

If you disagree with a review decision, or you think a live placement breaks the Ad Policy, email us at he[..1..]l[..1..]@remoteafrica.io. A person will look at it, and we may pause the placement while we do.

Placements are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, applicants or other results.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the affected booking(s) in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, for example fraud.

Your placements must follow the Ad Policy. By submitting a placement you accept the current Terms and Ad Policy.
