  1. Click on Post a Job

  2. Fill in the details of the job and your company profile — be sure to include your location restrictions if you have them!

  3. If you have posted with us before, you may choose to only fill in your company name and email and the company information will be pulled in from your last posting. Be sure to be consistent with your company name! (Ex. Company Name Inc vs Company Name)

  4. Choose a plan — Basic (49 dollars, one-time, 15 days), Standard (199 dollars, renews every 30 days), or Recruiter (499 dollars, renews every 30 days). See our pricing page for details.

  5. Preview your listing, go back and make changes if needed, and once you are ready to post it you can add your billing information. Then sit back and let the applications flood in!

An account is created automatically with the provided email.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

It depends on your plan:
Basic — Your listing stays live for 15 days. This is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.
Standard and Recruiter — Your listing stays live for 30 days and auto-renews so your job stays visible. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard. We send an email reminder 5 days before renewal so you do not forget.

Auto-renewal applies to the Standard and Recruiter plans. At the end of each 30-day period, your listing automatically renews to keep your job visible and at the top of the feed.
The Basic plan does not auto-renew — it expires after 15 days.
You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account dashboard.

Basic (49 dollars) — One-time payment. Your job is listed for 15 days, indexed by Google and AI search.
Standard (199 dollars) — Most popular. 30-day listing that renews automatically. Includes email blast to 60K+ subscribers, promotion on X and Slack, and a 7-day highlight/pin.
Recruiter (499 dollars) — Everything in Standard plus featured placement, priority in search results, unlimited job postings, and dedicated support.

Login to your company dashboard and make sure you are on the Manage Listings tab. Click on the edit link associated with the listing.

Auto-renewal only applies to the Standard and Recruiter plans. To cancel, login to your company dashboard and click on the Manage Auto-Renewal link on the respective listing.
The Basic plan is a one-time payment — no cancellation needed.

Yes! If you started with the Basic plan and want more visibility, you can post a new listing with the Standard or Recruiter plan. Your upgraded listing will get additional distribution including email blasts, social media promotion, and featured placement.

Log in to your company dashboard.
Stats you can monitor:
- Unique page views
- The number of unique clicks on the Apply for job button

Since we are not part of the application process, we cannot track exactly how many applicants you have received. To track applicants from RemoteAfrica, we recommend using a bit.ly link or tracking through your ATS provider or Google Analytics.
