Role Description

We are looking for results-driven, dedicated, and organized personals with software knowledge to join our Technical and Operation Team, Sale Agents and Copywriters to join our Marketing/Sales team. These candidates must be from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda or any English speaking Country in Africa.  Selected Candidates will undergo 1 Month of Training, and 1 month of probation period. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and bring a positive attitude to work each day. In this role, you will work closely with the Operation and  Technical team to make sure we provide the best service to our clients. This is an offsite job, so You must have a computer or laptop, a good smartphone and must have access to the internet.

Qualifications for Tech Personals

• Experience in software development and programming
• Strong knowledge of databases and database management
• Experience in software design and testing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus

Qualifications for Sales Agents

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• 2 or more years of Sales Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, Presentation and organization skills 

Qualifications for Copywriters

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication or Marketing.
• 2 or more years working experience
• Good writing, communication and marketing skills 

Extra Skills

• Can work under pressure
• Can work overtime
• Speak English fluently
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
