About the Role

We re looking for a full-time Offshore Marketing Specialist to join FS Agency and support our company s marketing efforts and our home services clients. You will be marketing to increase the client base for the FS Agency, as well as drive marketing solutions for our FS Agency clients, which include franchises and independent operators in the home services space (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, window coverings, cleaning, realtors, interior designers).

This is a remote role with working hour overlap from 9am 5pm Mountain Time (MT). We're flexible as long as you're communicative, available for check-ins, and responsive during the workday.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll collaborate with our team and take the lead on a range of digital and traditional marketing tasks that help drive local visibility, leads, and brand awareness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and scheduling email newsletters (Beehiiv)

• Creating and maintaining a multi-client content calendar

• Conducting SEO and LLM SEO research and effectuating strategy

• Auditing and optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP)

• Engaging with community-focused marketing (e.g., posting in local Facebook groups)

• Developing and executing outreach strategies for referral partners

• Recommending and leveraging AI marketing tools

• Collaborating on task management in Monday.com

• Lead generation via a tool like Apollo.io

• Rallio or similar scheduling tools

  You re a Great Fit If You...

• Have 2 3 years of marketing experience (agency or home services industry = a plus)

• Write and speak English clearly and professionally

• Are both a self-starter and a team player

• Are organized and detail-oriented

• Enjoy experimenting with AI and automation tools

• Can spot gaps in client marketing and suggest improvements

• Are comfortable working autonomously, but open to direction and feedback

 

Location & Time Zone

This is a remote position, but we require significant overlap with US Mountain Time (MT). We value accountability and communication, so you'll be expected to check in regularly and flag when you're offline for longer periods.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience and location. This is a full-time, long-term position.
