We re looking for fintech enthusiasts to join us in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. We re building the first European Investment API to enable any financial institution to offer a broad range of investment products in their apps. Our view is backed by Europe's largest tech VCs (Earlybird, Notion Capital, Partech, HV Capital, ABN AMRO Ventures) by renowned fintech entrepreneurs (including Maximilian Tayenthal, founder of N26, and Felix Haas, founder of IDnow) and Bessemer Venture Partners in the USA.
We re based in Berlin but would consider hybrid remote for this role. If you do want to move to Berlin though, we re happy to support your relocation.

Working with our clients and internal experts you will help prioritise Upvest s product development efforts through an outcome-focused strategy that defines Upvest s role in a future global investment market.
Your mission:
Empower our Product team to develop valuable products. Upvest s Product Engineering team is led by renowned Fintech experts (from Wise, Raisin, Trade Republic). To maintain our ability to deliver impact at scale, stay nimble, and keep our aligned focus on outcomes, we want to achieve Product Excellence and be the #1 Product team in Europe. You will enable our Product team by building modern Product Management capabilities, by synthesising Client, market, and product data, as well as by spearheading special projects.
Guide Upvest to become Europe s leading, product-led organisation. Being an API-first tech-company, Upvest is built around the product. Maintaining our product-centricity will enhance our decision-making and allow us to achieve the next level of growth. You will be instrumental by making Product insights and tools useful for everyone, by rallying the company around our Product roadmap, and by planning well ahead to achieve our outcomes.
About you:
- Have experience from working in product-driven companies in a cross-functional setup (e.g., tech company)
- You know all the ins and outs of a typical product manager s toolkit - which include proven techniques to enable insightful product discovery, and agile delivery. In your previous product roles you had full authority and ownership for a clear scope.
- A track record of making teams work more effectively together by successfully implementing new initiatives and driving adoption.
- You can break down problems, communicate well with different stakeholder groups, and keep a strategic view with the ability to go beyond the numbers and understand the business meaning
- A Fintech enthusiast and have first experience in the space, and are excited to shape the future of our Product in the global Fintech space
- Thrive in a setup where you can work autonomously, meaningfully empowered to pursue initiatives which fall within your ownership scope.
It s great if you
- Have worked with investment, SaaS or API products
- Have experience in collaborating with Engineers (ideally from a Product position)
- Have Product experience in a B2B or B2B2C context
