We are seeking a versatile DevOps Engineer to help automate our infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code and help support our developers with a premium self service development experience.

This is a full-time remote position, with team members in North America and Europe.

Maintain and build a scalable infrastructure for a very fast growing company.

You will report to the Platform Team Lead and work with a group of DevOps generalists. It   s critical that you are comfortable working in an unstructured environment, dealing with uncertainty, minimal direction, and working across a range of projects.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Help build and maintain deployment pipelines
• Build E2E testing environments
• Help developers productionize their applications
• Deployment automation with Kubernetes and Helm
• Maintain and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Configuration Management with Ansible.
• Networking and VPN configuration
• Experience with GCP and AWS

Qualifications

• Experience working in high uptime 24/7 environments
• In depth prior work with automation and configuration management
• Significant experience with one or more common system administration scripting languages
• Networking fundamentals
• Security best practices

Base Salary: The US base salary range for this position is $100,00 to $130,000 USD. The Canadian base salary range for this position is $100,00 to $130,000 CAD. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all of the US.
