Spire Labs is building a Based Appchain framework on Ethereum. This    Based Stack    enables people to spin up app-specific L2s that are composable with Ethereum mainnet and other app chains. Also Preconfirmations are built on top of Spire   s core contracts. We use "The Preconfirmation Gateway" to power seamless preconfirmation integration with existing wallet and RPC infrastructure. The Spire team is distributed globally. We are passionate about building better infrastructure and supported by leading investors in crypto space. We will announce more details publicly soon. As the Backend Engineer, you will develop the core of Spire   s products and your focus will be building the Preconfirmation Gateway/RPC.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of Spire core infra in Rust and light smart contract development in Solidity
• Take engineering projects from design to production while working with our developers to manage realistic roadmaps
• You may have the opportunity to participate and talk in an event, conference or podcast

Requirements

• Experience with ethers-rs/alloy
• Proficiency with Rust and competent with VMs.
• Enthusiasm for the modular and rollup ecosystem

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the AggLayer, Espresso, and other modular products.
• A deep understanding of shared sequencing
• Understanding of ZK and DA
