Here s a more detailed overview of this role:

Reporting directly into our founder & Chief Experience Officer, you ll be responsible for delivering elegant, user-centric experiences, as well as helping foster a great design culture within PerchPeek. More specifically, you ll be doing the following:

• Delivering pixel-perfect designs - own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production.
• Design culture - relentlessly building a great design culture at PerchPeek; we want design to be at the forefront of every process. You ll be ensuring this happens.
• Iteration on the fundamentals - improving design and accessibility guidelines to ensure our product grows scalably.

Ultimately, these duties point to one thing - building a beautiful, kick-ass product in an antiquated industry.

Requirements

• Think big, creativity and ambition - as the first Senior Designer joining the pandemonium, you ll be playing a huge role in driving our product and department forward. We re looking for someone who wants the opportunity to make an impact.

• Empathy - we have a hugely diverse team (let alone customer base) at PerchPeek across over a dozen countries. Being able to put yourself in others  shoes & understand different points of view is critical in this role.

Preferred experience:
3+ years experience as a Product Designer.
Previous experience in design-led cultures - Whilst we are sector-agnostic in terms of your experience, we d expect you to have worked at companies that prioritise great design.

Some management experience - whilst you wouldn t initially have direct reports, we anticipate this team growing rapidly.
