It aims to be the professional home for lifelong learning of advanced skills.

Platzi is currently seeking a Head of Acquisition to lead the B2C new student growth of Platzi. The Head of Acquisition will be responsible for planning and executing the B2C strategy of Platzi, across paid channels. He/she will be responsible for building and guiding the Acquisition team and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure goals are reached.

Responsibilities

• Leads the B2C acquisition strategies for paid channels Responsible for defining and ensuring revenue goals are reached
• Builds and inspires the Acquisition team to deliver objectives by spreading best practices and mentoring individuals
• Designs experiments to improve traffic, conversion rates, and results with the Product team
• Supervises campaign investments and optimization to maintain CAC level
• Ensures collaboration across funcional teams including Product and Creative to define and implement product and communication strategies for all our clients
• Works closely with Finance to build budget and projections
• Works with leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration; Masters degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• 8+ years of experience leading a team of Performance Marketing for B2C Experience building teams and working with hyper-growth companies preferred
• Head of Adquisition 1
• Great interpersonal and communication skills Ability to apply metrics and analytics
• Desire to never stop learning
