We at Photobooth Supply Co are searching for an organized and motivated individual to project manage our supply chain and hardware R&D projects. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in project management, coordinating with manufacturers, and international shipping and logistics. You would be coordinating everything required to make our photo booth products come to life.

Acts

Production Management + Order management

  • Work with our MRP Platform to place orders with factories and to manage ocean and air shipment lead times
  • Coordinate ISF Customs filings, review Bill of Ladings, Proforma Invoices, and Purchase Orders
  • Monitor inventory levels for all parts required to build products at our contract manufacturer
  • Reviewing all invoices from vendors to make sure pricing is correct and consistent with previous orders
  • Maintain a low defect rate by scheduling quality control visits and reviewing reports
  • Checking in on vendors on timelines and adjusting production calendars
  • Finding ways to reduce lead or shipping times in order to meet production schedules that correlate with sales velocity

Order Management

  • Review incoming orders from our e-commerce platform and assign to the correct warehouse
  • Configure shipping labels for daily orders including international shipments
  • Helping internal team members with any issues with customer tracking information
  • Quoting out custom shipping options for internal customers

Project Management

  • Coordinating action items for all R&D projects and ensuring all vendor communications are up to date and answered
  • Creating agendas for Logistics meetings
  • Checking in on status updates and following up on overdue projects
  • Updating projects on a daily basis and ensuring due dates are being adjusted or followed up on
