Your tasks
Build and cultivate talent pipelines and pools to fill current and future needs
Understand business needs and work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to determine position requirements
Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates through internet research, social media, like LinkedIn, and general research
Source for high-quality candidates from employee referrals and internal databases
Plan, coordinate and attend network-events, fairs as well as off- or -on-line sourcing campaigns to engage with potential high-quality candidates
Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities with recruiters, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers
Collect and manage data for reporting and regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Design new strategies how to recruit actively, diverse, and more purposefully
Your profile
Hands-on professional sourcing experience gained in a search firm or a similar position in Talent Acquisition / HR Management, preferably in an international environment
Recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines, and general technical hiring
Experience working with and building talent sourcing strategies with hiring managers
Strong affinity for dealing with social media and networks
Confidence in using common recruiting tools and creative search techniques to approach passive candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is desirable
Strong team player with an international mindset and a communicative, interactive working style
Positive mindset, dedicated to creating an enjoyable experience for candidates and employees
Strong service orientation and tact in dealing with various stakeholders
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Exceptional work ethic coupled with rapid comprehension and a sense of humor
BSc in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment or Human Resources Management or relevant field
