Responsibilities - Responsible for the planning and building of an industry-leading risk control algorithm team based in Singapore, taking it from 0 to 1. - Responsible for the team's morale, talent selection, performance management as well as training and development. - Responsible for risk control work, including but not limited to: e-commerce, advertising, live broadcasts, and other product functionalities. The goal is to build and optimize our risk control algorithm system, ensuring the stable development of the business. Minimum Qualifications: - Familiar with commonly used machine learning/deep learning algorithms, with excellent abilities in theoretical research and implementation. - Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, good communicator and team-player. Passionate about solving complex and challenging questions. - Possesses more than three years of effective team management experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experiences in the research and development of internet risk control anti-fraud related algorithms - Experience in the e-commerce industry, anti-spam or security strategies, or knowledgable about dealing with the black market.
