The Role:

We are looking for Senior MS 365 Administrators for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as an MS365 Administrator or similar role.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra AD, Intune).
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in scripting & automation using PowerShell for MS365 management.
• Solid understanding of MS365 security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Experience integrating third-party applications with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, PL-100, PL-200).
• Experience with Azure services and integrations.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD, Intune).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of MS365 applications.
• Manage user access, policies, compliance settings, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MS365-related technical issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
• Manage, customize, and enhance Power Apps solutions to meet business needs.
• Leverage Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with MS365 applications and third-party tools.
• Implement and enforce security policies, MFA, DLP, and conditional access settings in MS365.
• Ensure adherence to GDPR, ISO, and industry-specific compliance standards.
• Optimize licensing, usage, and cost-effectiveness of MS365 tools.
