What will you do? Bixal has an exciting opportunity to help accelerate digital transformation across the federal government to improve the public's experience with a range of government services. As a consultant to our federal clients, you will be part of a cross-functional team applying human-centered innovation and effective marketing communication strategies to improve digital civic engagement.    As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing client communications strategies promoting engagement in  agency programs and initiatives. You will design, execute and measure human-centered integrated marketing communication plans for external and internal customers and stakeholders. You will prepare a range of marketing and outreach materials including articles, memos, press releases, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, reports, proposals and other marketing collateral and stakeholder communications. You will measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to make continuous improvements to communications strategies and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
