As an Inbound Sales Closer, your role will focus on taking pre-booked inbound sales appointments with prospects who have engaged with our marketing. Your goal will be to understand their business needs, identify their pain points, and present Collings Media as the solution that will help them achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment.
  • Convert pre-booked sales appointments into closed deals.
  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions for potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to prospects.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and address questions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of company services to clients and maintain high satisfaction levels.

What We re Looking For

  • Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional pipeline management to prioritise and convert leads efficiently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a digital marketing or related industry.
  • Confidence using Zoom, CRM tools, and other sales software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
