Job Title: Appointment Setter Debt Relief Solutions

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in debt relief solutions. You will conduct quick qualifications, determine if they meet our program criteria, and either live transfer them to an available Debt Consultant or schedule an appointment for a follow-up consultation. This is a key role that connects clients to the solutions they need while contributing directly to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads who have shown interest in debt relief services.
- Engage with potential clients in a professional, empathetic, and friendly manner.
- Ask pre-determined qualifying questions to identify if clients meet program criteria.
- Seamlessly live transfer qualified clients to available Debt Consultants for immediate assistance.
- If a live transfer is not possible, schedule an appointment for a Debt Consultant to follow up.
- Accurately input client information and call outcomes into the CRM system.
- Maintain a consistent level of professionalism, persistence, and positivity on all calls.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (e.g., calls made, appointments set, and transfers completed).

- Ability to work United States Mountain Standard hours.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals who are eager to succeed.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on providing excellent client experiences.
- Ability to handle objections and stay calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
