Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as the point of contact between cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, and ensure that every project runs smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

  

Key Responsibilities

  Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

 

  Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

 

  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with company objectives.

 

  Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate adjustments to relevant stakeholders.

 

  Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

 

  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

 

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

 

  Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

 

  

Requirements

  Bachelor s degree in any any related field.

 

  3 5 years of proven experience in project management.

 

  Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is a strong plus.

 

  Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

 

  Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

 

  Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Jira).

 

  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
